This injector is the link between the SPUMAX foam case and your plastering machine. It combines the continuous flow of cement slurry supplied by the plastering machine and the foam flow from the SPUMAX. To start the production of foamed concrete, simply flip the operating lever. This opens the foam valve and the SPUMAX starts foam production. At the same time, the plastering machine is also started via the electric control cable. To end the process, the operating lever is simply moved back again. The built-in safety valve automatically ensures that the plastering machine is switched off in the event of excess pressure in the mortar hose.
At the foam inlet, the injector has a 3/4" Gardena connection to which the hose of the SPUMAX fits. The hose connection with the plastering machine is made via a NW25 mortar hose coupling. The connection to the mortar hose on the outlet side is the same.
The compressed air adapter supplied makes it possible to flush the mortar hose with compressed air. To do this, simply remove the pressure gauge from the quick-release fastener and replace it with the compressed air Adapter.
