The SIM 4 is the fourth generation of our SPUMATOR SIMPLEX foam Generator. This simple device makes the preparation of perfect foam for porous lightweight concrete child's play. The SPUMATOR SIMPLEX quickly and easily delivers large quantities of foam of the finest quality. With this foam and a suitable preparation of cement and water, you can make a homemade lightweight porous concrete (such as YTONG) for many applications in no time at all.
Only an air compressor is required as the drive. Depending on the size of your compressor, you can produce up to 120 litres of foam per minute, as fine as shaving foam.

The tank of the SPUMATOR SIMPLEX has space for 50 litres of liquid. This is sufficient for a foam volume of 625 litres. When the liquid is used up, the tank can be continuously refilled from the outside via a bulkhead tank fitting to allow uninterrupted operation. A suitable funnel for this purpose is included in the scope of delivery.
Unlike its predecessor, the SIM4 is supplied with a special adapter with GEKA coupling. This allows the foam outlet to be easily connected to a hose line or an injection lance.
