CAPOSIL Concrete Varnish is a diffusion-open coating for concrete and natural stone. The product effectively protects surfaces against the penetration of water, oil and dirt and gives them a matt or glossy appearance, depending on use.
CAPOSIL has a strong colour intensifying effect, i.e. the concrete surface appears significantly darker after treatment.
Unlike the usual paints, CAPOSIL does not contain any organic binders made from petrochemical raw materials, but is based on silicone resin. This makes CAPOSIL extremely weather-resistant, non-yellowing and heat-resistant.
CAPOSIL is solvent-free and therefore very pleasant to use. It can be applied with a brush, a short-pile roller or an airless sprayer. In this way, a glossy paint surface is achieved. A matt appearance is achieved by wiping off any excess on the surface with a cloth a few minutes after application. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, up to three applications may be necessary.
The coverage is around 10 m² per litre per application.
