INCREMENT L is a high-performance superplasticiser based on polycarboxylate ether, which has been specially developed for use in foamed concrete. Unlike common superplasticisers, it does not contain any defoaming components. As a result, it is able to drastically reduce the water requirement of foamed concrete and improve the flow properties without affecting the foam stability. Especially in the production of very light foamed concretes with apparent densities between 100 and 200 g/l, INCREMENT L is an indispensable formulation ingredient to get by with as little water as possible and thus prevent over-wetting of the mixture.
The manufacturer recommends a dosage of 1 to 3 kg INCREMENT L per 1 m³ foamed concrete.
