VITO® SPEZIAL is a light grey, shrinkage-neutral, fast-hardening and self-compacting fine concrete with high early and final strength. It does not contain any visible grain and its extremely high strength makes it the ideal material for casting particularly small and filigree objects made of concrete. Due to its special formulation, it is impermeable to water and oil and is suitable for the production of dense vessels with a wall thickness of a few millimetres. It provides a non-porous cast surface and excellent edge stability.
For colouring, up to 25 g of colour pigments can be added per kg of dry mass.
VITO® SPEZIAL casting concrete is easy to process, hardens almost shrinkage-free and reaches its very high strength and frost resistance extremely early. The processing time is about 20 minutes. Due to the rapid hardening, it is possible to use the casting moulds several times a day.
